Internet Explorer's System Menu is invoked by clicking the

icon in the upper-left hand corner of the browser's title bar.

You can also invoke this menu by clicking the taskbar button

for this browser window.

PopUpCop adds one item to this menu, the PopUpCop sub menu.

PopUpCop's System Sub Menu

Menu Item	Purpose
Make this a normal window	Restores the menu, toolbars and status bar to this window.
Force window onto screen	Moves this window to a screen location that is visible.
Display window information...	Invokes a dialog that displays information about how this window was created.
Display page information...	Invokes a dialog that displays information about what annoyances were found and blocked on this page.
Block popups from this site...	Invoke the dialog that adds to the Block List

Internet Explorer's View menu enables you to choose the buttons you want to see in your browser toolbar.

As is standard practice in the industry, ellipses on a menu item indicate that the item invokes a dialog or some other additional to complete the selected action. For example, in "Customize PopUpCop...", the "..." means that selecting this menu item invokes a dialog box into which you enter the customization details you want.
